1. Service Agreement

By booking a CleanMate service, you agree to these terms. CleanMate will provide the agreed cleaning services at the specified time and location. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if the property presents unsafe conditions for our team.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your details and our written confirmation. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a short-notice fee of up to 50% of the agreed service cost.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

CleanMate offers a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a specific area of the clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean of that area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to workmanship, not subjective aesthetic preferences.

4. Liability

CleanMate carries $2 million public liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage, clients must notify us within 48 hours. We will not accept liability for pre-existing damage, items of exceptional value not declared at booking, or damage resulting from client-supplied products.

5. Access and Property

Clients must ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not available and we cannot contact you, a call-out fee may apply. Clients are responsible for securing or storing fragile or valuable items prior to our arrival.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. Late payments may incur an administrative fee. We reserve the right to suspend recurring services for accounts in arrears.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is delivered: the United States, United Kingdom, or Australia respectively. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate local consumer dispute resolution process.
