Booking and Scheduling

You can book directly through our website using the booking form, call our team during business hours, or send us a message via WhatsApp. We confirm all bookings within two hours during business hours.

No. Many clients provide a key or door code. All our cleaners are vetted, background checked, and insured. You will receive a notification when the team arrives and again when the job is complete.

Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without a charge. Changes within 24 hours may incur a short-notice fee. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For regular or one-time cleans we recommend booking at least two to three days in advance. For deep cleans, move in/out cleans, or post-construction cleans, we suggest five to seven days ahead to ensure availability.

Subject to availability, we do offer same-day and next-day cleaning. Please call us directly for urgent requests rather than submitting an online booking form, as calls are handled faster for urgent needs.

Services and Products

Yes. We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and professional-grade equipment. If you prefer we use specific products of your own for particular areas or surfaces, simply let us know when booking.

Yes. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable products that are free from harsh chemicals. They are safe for children, pets, and people with common allergies. We can share a full product list on request.

A regular clean covers standard maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen surface cleaning, and dusting. A deep clean goes further, tackling inside appliances, grout lines, skirting boards, behind furniture, and areas that require extra attention.

Inside appliance cleaning is included in our Premium and Elite packages, and in our deep clean and move in/out services. It is not included in the Essential plan but can be added as an extra on request.

Pricing and Payment

No. We provide a full quote before any work begins. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. There are no surprise charges on the day.

Yes. Regular clients receive a 10% discount from the second visit onwards. Weekly clients receive priority scheduling and first access to new team availability in their area.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and digital payment options. Payment is requested after the clean has been completed to your satisfaction.

Quality and Guarantees

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Yes. Every CleanMate team member undergoes a thorough background check and identity verification before joining our team. All cleaners are also fully insured and receive professional training before their first appointment.

All CleanMate cleans are covered by our $2 million liability insurance policy. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, contact us immediately and we will handle the claim professionally and promptly.
